Our Principal
Charlie Peschardt has over 20 years experience designing and delivering strategy, programmes and projects to help leaders improve their organisational effectiveness and build resilience across military aviation, healthcare, disaster response, international development, and commercial contexts.
He is a former Royal Navy helicopter pilot and international disaster responder, and has worked as a consultant, volunteer and employee with NGOs, private companies and governments to develop resilient, sustainable organisations and communities in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Charlie has a BA (Hons.) in Economics and an MBA in Risk & Resilience. He is PRINCE2 qualified, and is a Member of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management, the Emergency Planning Society, the Security Institute and is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment.
